Common data (e.g., name, surname, address, telephone number, tax code, bank details):

This type of data, marked with an asterisk on the online registration form, is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract and therefore, refusal to provide it will result in the impossibility of fulfilling any obligation.

Further data requested, in fields not marked with an asterisk, are optional and any refusal to provide them will not result in any consequence.

Sensitive data (e.g., those relating to health status and membership of protected categories): This type of data will be collected only upon user request belonging to the categories referred to in Law 104/1992, for the application of legal benefits, and subject to specific informed consent to processing.

Processing Methods

Pursuant to Article 4 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the processing of personal data consists of any operation or set of operations, carried out even without the aid of electronic tools, concerning the collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction of data, even if not recorded in a database.

The processing will be carried out using electronic or automated tools and also in paper form, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

The data provided will be used to carry out all operations related to the sales contract stipulated with TopGame Sas: order registration, invoicing, shipping, etc.

Pursuant to Article 130, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the email address provided to us during registration may be used by the Company to send you commercial communications about products and services similar to those covered by the contract. You may communicate your wish not to receive such communications at any time.

If you have decided to subscribe to the Company's newsletter, your data will also be used to send you commercial and advertising information and updates. Your consent to receive the newsletter can be revoked at any time.

Your data may also be processed for the fulfillment of obligations established by laws, regulations and Community legislation, as well as by provisions issued by public authorities and supervisory and control bodies.

All material that forms the TopGame Sas website, electronic communications before and after their receipt, and navigation data are stored on the servers of the company 1&1 (www.1and1.it). The processing of the collected data will take place on these servers and on the computer devices located at the Company's headquarters. Data stored on paper media are kept exclusively at the TopGame Sas headquarters.

Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data") provides for the protection of persons and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data. In accordance with the aforementioned legislation, the processing of personal data of users of this site will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of the confidentiality and rights of each user.

This data will be used by TopGame Sas for the purposes for which the subject to whom such data refers has given their consent.

Rights of the Data Subject

Anyone who has provided their personal data to TopGame Sas, authorizing its processing for a specific purpose, can exercise all the rights provided for by article 7 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, 196. They can therefore access their data, request its correction, integration and, where appropriate, its cancellation or blocking, by sending their request via email to privacy@topgamefishing.com
